It was such a pleasure to deal with Paul Rattan and Opulence Custom Homes. We purchased our new custom home part way through the build while still living in Ontario. Much to our surprise Paul was totally accommodating to our requested changes even when they adversely affected his build schedule. The customization, quality of workmanship and finishes were second to none. The few minor deficiencies we had were dealt with in both a timely and professional manner. We love our new home and would have no issues with recommending anyone to work with Paul to build their dream home.
